May 1st, 2024 – BEND, OR – Tech Soft 3D, the leading provider of engineering software development toolkits, today announces that it has acquired the Actify core business including SpinFire, CAD Publisher and Centro from Actify, Inc., a leading force in advanced CAD viewing and collaboration technology. This strategic move underscores Tech Soft 3D’s commitment to accelerate growth, as it establishes an End-User Solutions division and broadens its product portfolio through further acquisitions.
Actify SpinFire is a powerful CAD viewer and collaboration tool supporting more than 20 standard CAD formats for 3D and 2D viewing, measuring, and markup capabilities for companywide departments including project managers, development, engineers, procurement, sales, supply chain and quality assurance teams.
