  • Why did Tech Soft 3D acquire the SpinFire Business?

Tech Soft 3D’s acquisition of the SpinFire Business was driven by a shared commitment to leveraging 3D data in ‘downstream’ applications, an area where both companies see significant value. Tech Soft 3D has long admired SpinFire’s leading role in the CAD viewing market, which aligns well with their expertise in 3D CAD visualization. By acquiring SpinFire, CAD Publisher, and Centro, Tech Soft 3D has strategically enhanced its product portfolio. This acquisition allows the company to establish two highly complementary business divisions: a Toolkit Division focused on providing solutions to developers and a Solutions Division focused on providing products to end users/enterprises. Both divisions are unified in their focus on the high-value use of 3D data to drive business solutions.
